this is a medium close-up [this piece would have been about 3 inches wide] of the bottom corner of an advertising bill board poster.
This is a great photo. Have you noticed that the advertising company responsible for the ads at dart stations has stopped using this type of dot printer lately? well, at least i noticed it at pearse street on the weekend – a set of vodafone ads with a solid laserjet type finish. it would be a shame cos these patterns can be really cool.
i tried taking a photo at landsdowne recently where the dots emulated the tiling patterns on the buildings, but it didn’t work.
