later that day, a little the worse for wear, we stumbled across of bunch of dutch troubadours (also a little the worse for wear!)
reminds me of one of those old paintings (in case you hadn’t noticed, I have very little art knowledge) where there are loads of characters, each doing their own thing.
after a quick google to check that the titles were accurate, the two examples i can cite from memory are “peasant wedding” and “luncheon of the boating party”
